Nagaland’s atmosphere minister, C M Chang handed away because of COVID-19. He was a retired IAS officer and former Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha (2009-13). He was elected to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly from 51 Noksen constituencies beneath Tuensang district in 2013 and later retained the identical seat in 2018 on Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) ticket.
