Assam: Tezpur Litchi will get GI tag



The Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) has introduced that Assam’s Tezpur Litchi has been given the geographical indication (GI) tag, although the litchis title within the GI tag checklist is there since 2015.
