The 4th version of the Cherry Blossom Festival, Mao in Manipur was nearly inaugurated by Chief Minister N Biren Singh. However this 12 months, the authority determined to scale down the pageant because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Festival featured the picturesque panorama of Mao adorned with lovely cherry timber laden with blooming flowers which have historically attracted guests from internationally.
