World Migratory Bird Day is noticed globally on 9 May or tenth October. The Day will rejoice the biannual migration. The purpose of the day is to lift consciousness of migratory birds and the significance of worldwide cooperation to preserve them.
This time the theme of World Migratory Bird Day 2020 is “Birds Connect Our World”. The theme highlights the significance of conserving and restoring the ecological connectivity and integrity of ecosystems that assist the pure cycles which can be important for the survival and well-being of migratory birds.

This day is organized by a collaborative partnership amongst two UN treaties the Convention on Migratory Species (CMS) and the African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbird Agreement (AEWA) and the Colorado-based non-profit group, Environment for the Americas (EFTA). This day is a world marketing campaign devoted to elevating consciousness of migratory birds and the necessity for worldwide cooperation to preserve them.
