A cow shelter in Assam’s Dibrugarh inaugurated Northeast’s first-ever cow hospital, on the event of Gopashtami. The hospital, Surbhi Aarogyashala, is ready up by Shree Gopal Gaushala at a value of Rs 17 lakh. The hospital will present providers in 30 km radius. There are 368 cows within the shelter.
