The Union Government has determined to represent a High-Level Committee (HLC) to commemorate the one hundred and twenty fifth Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. The High-Level Committee shall be headed by the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah.

This HLC will resolve on the actions for a one-year-long commemoration starting 23 January 2021, as a tribute and mark of gratitude to the contribution made by Netaji in India’s freedom battle. The different members of the High-Level Commemoration Committee will embody consultants, historians, authors, members of the family of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, in addition to eminent individuals related to Azad Hind Fauj/INA.
