Goa Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant has launched a e book ‘Manohar Parrikar- Off the Record’ at a operate organized at Institute Menezes Braganza corridor within the metropolis. The e book has been written by senior journalist Waman Subha Prabhu.

The e book ‘Manohar Parrikar- Off the Record’ is a group of reminiscences of Mr Prabhu who occurred to be with late Parrikar through the journey of his life. In the e book, the writer has endeavoured to relate the multi-faceted persona of late Manohar Parrikar. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, whereas talking, mentioned Late Manohar Parrikar was an awesome visionary who had dreamt to serve Goa.
