Veteran journalist and orator (public speaker) Sri Turlapati Kutumba Rao has handed away. He is understood for his service to journalism within the Telugu language. He has written over 4000 biographies and delivered over 16000 public speeches which have been recorded by the Telugu Book of Records as a world report.

Rao has obtained a variety of honour for his subject of labor, together with the fourth highest Indian civilian award of Padma Shri, in 2002, making him the primary journalist from the state of Andhra Pradesh to obtain the award.
