Noted historian, writer, poet and retired bureaucrat Narendra Luther has handed. A 1955 batch IAS officer, Luther was intently related to the historical past and tradition of erstwhile Hyderabad state and its rulers. He had served in numerous positions earlier than retiring because the chief secretary of the undivided Andhra Pradesh in 1991. He has penned quite a few books on the historical past, heritage and structure of Hyderabad.
