Justice Puligoru Venkata Sanjay Kumar has been sworn-in because the Chief Justice of Manipur High Court at Raj Bhavan, Imphal. He was appointed as Chief Justice of the High Court of Manipur by the President of India. Prior to this, he served as a Judge within the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
