World Bank Signs $100 million Project with Chhattisgarh



Indian Govt and Chhattisgarh Govt has signed a $100 million for CHIRAAG (Chhattisgarh Inclusive Rural and Accelerated Agriculture Growth) mission with the World financial institution. The principal objective is to develop sustainable manufacturing methods that enable tribal households in distant areas of Chhattisgarh to follow round-the-year manufacturing of diversified and nutritious meals.

The mission can be applied within the southern tribal-majority area of the state the place a big inhabitants is undernourished and poor. Over 180,000 households from about 1,000 villages in eight districts of Chhattisgarh, can be benefited from this mission.
