Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Prakash Javadekar has launched the “India Climate Change Knowledge Portal”. According to Prakash Javadekar, India has virtually achieved its pre-2020 local weather motion targets. He stated, although India is just not accountable for local weather change it’s taking accountable motion to mitigate the problem.

- The portal could have all the most important steps the Government is taking at each nationwide and worldwide ranges to handle the local weather change points.
- Portal might be a single-point data useful resource that gives data on the completely different local weather initiatives taken by numerous Line Ministries enabling customers to entry d standing on these initiatives.
