Piyush Goyal launches the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme



Union Minister Piyush Goyal launched the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS). The Fund goals to offer monetary help to startups for proof of idea, prototype growth, product trials, market-entry, and commercialization.

The authorities has accredited Rs. 945 Crore corpus for the fund, which might be divided over the subsequent 4 years starting April 01, 2021, for offering seed funding to eligible startups by eligible incubators throughout India. The scheme is predicted to help an estimated 3,600 startups by 300 incubators.
