The Government of Maharashtra has permitted the Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations, (UDCPR), to strengthen and produce uniformity in the actual property building legal guidelines of the state. This uniform set of rules will specify all the pieces from the peak of buildings to the width of roads and the scale of amenity areas.

About Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations:
- The new algorithm will apply on all municipal firms, councils and Nagar panchayats in the complete state besides Mumbai and a few neighbouring areas like hill stations, eco-sensitive zones and specified company areas.
- It will assist to extend the inventory of inexpensive housing tasks and enhance ease of doing enterprise in addition to assist the builders to enhance their useful resource administration.
